Philosophy & Approach

In every matter, Laura takes a solutions-focused approach. She works to achieve fair and timely outcomes while minimising unnecessary conflict and stress. When resolution outside of court is possible, she encourages collaborative pathways; however, when strong advocacy is required, Laura is a determined and strategic representative in court.

Her varied background across industries such as mining, government, and small business enables her to view each case through a practical lens, offering advice that is not only legally sound but also realistic and tailored to her clients’ individual circumstances.
